Dispatch Protocols

• Full Payment Required: The delivery of any goods will only be executed upon receipt and verification of full payment.

• Bank Transfer Clearance: For payments made via bank transfer, goods will only be dispatched once the transfer reflects and is cleared in our account.

• Check Deposits: Customers paying by check should note that all check deposits require 7 working days to clear. Goods will be dispatched only once the bank confirms clearance.
